1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access, register for, or use Raw Ink Desire. By creating an account, you affirm under penalty of law that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit access to anyone under 18, and any account found to violate this will be permanently terminated and reported as required by law.

2. The Nature of This Platform

Raw Ink Desire is an adult lifestyle community where independent creators ("Ink Masters") and adult members ("Devours") can discuss adult topics, use private messaging, and access creator rooms. When members create fictional roleplay, custom written scenarios, or other narrative content, that material is understood by all parties to be fiction.

• All fictional characters depicted in explicit or dark narrative content must be explicitly established as consenting adults within the fiction itself.
• Content depicting, sexualizing, or implying the involvement of minors in any context is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
• Real, identifiable individuals may not be depicted in sexual or defamatory fictional content without their consent.

3. Pseudonym Identity

Raw Ink Desire operates on a system of strict pseudonym anonymity. Your public-facing identity ("pen name") is never linked publicly to your real name, email, or any other identifying information you provide at registration. Revealing, attempting to uncover, or weaponizing another user's real-world identity ("doxxing") is a direct violation of this covenant and will result in immediate, permanent removal from the platform.

4. The Platform Economy

Raw Ink Desire uses two internal currencies — Inkdrops and Inkdrips — purchased in bundles and spent to unlock premium content, profiles, and creator tips. These currencies have no cash value outside the platform and are non-refundable once spent, except where required by law.

• When a Devour spends Inkdrops to unlock an Ink Master's premium content or profile, that payment is split between the creator and the platform, as disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Ink Masters are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on earnings received through the platform.
• Raw Ink Desire reserves the right to adjust pricing, currency conversion rates, or revenue splits with reasonable advance notice.

5. Content You Create

You retain ownership of the creative work you publish on Raw Ink Desire. By publishing content, you grant Raw Ink Desire a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to other users as part of the platform's normal operation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Content involving or sexualizing minors, in any form, real or fictional.
• Doxxing, harassment, or threats of real-world harm against any user.
• Uploading malicious code, attempting to breach platform security, or scraping user content.
• Impersonating another user, creator, or the platform itself.
• Circumventing the platform's payment system to avoid revenue sharing with creators or the house.

7. Moderation

Reports of policy violations are reviewed through an internal moderation queue. Reports are anonymous — the creator or user being reported will never be told who flagged their content. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

8. Account Maintenance

To keep the platform's pseudonym registry current, active accounts require a periodic verification ("maintenance token") approximately every six months. Accounts that miss this window enter a 90-day grace period during which login remains available but posting is frozen. After the grace period, an inactive pseudonym profile may be released for future use.

9. Data Deletion ("Hard Purge")

When you delete creator content, a community post, or your entire account, Raw Ink Desire performs a Hard Purge: your data is removed from active systems within 24 hours, and from rolling backups within 7 days. After that window, the deleted content no longer exists anywhere on our infrastructure.

10. No Warranty

Raw Ink Desire is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for content posted by other users. This platform is operated independently and is not affiliated with any other business, brand, or company.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
